  Saya perasan, bila topik harta pusaka disebut, ramai akan senyap. Ada yang cepat tukar topik. Ada yang senyum, tapi matanya berat. Mungkin sebab kita tak selesa bercakap tentang kematian. Atau mungkin sebab kita sendiri tak benar-benar faham . Wasiat, faraid, hibah — tiga istilah ini sering disebut bersama, tapi jarang benar difahami dengan tenang. Sedangkan, suatu hari nanti… ia akan menjadi urusan orang yang kita sayang. 1. Faraid: Hukum Asas Yang Tak Boleh Diubah Faraid  bukan sesuatu yang kita cipta.   Soalan Yang Selalu Datang Terlambat Soalan ini selalunya bukan ditanya oleh orang yang masih hidup . Ia datang daripada: Isteri yang baru kehilangan suami Anak-anak yang masih keliru Waris yang tiba-tiba perlu urus dokumen Soalannya hampir sama: “Sekarang ni… apa patut kami buat?” Dan malangnya, soalan itu datang selepas semuanya berlaku . Cerita Yang Terlalu Biasa Dalam Masyarakat Seorang ayah meninggal dunia secara mengejut. Ditinggalkan: Seorang isteri Beberapa orang anak Sebuah rumah Sedikit simpanan Semasa hidup, arwah seorang yang baik. Rajin bekerja. Tak pernah menyusahkan orang. Tapi satu benda dia tak sempat buat — wasiat . Bukan sebab tak peduli. Tapi sebab: Rasa harta sikit Rasa masih muda Rasa nanti boleh buat Apa Yang Berlaku Selepas Kematian Bila kematian berlaku, emosi masih belum reda. Harta Sikit, Perlu Ke Buat Wasiat?

1. Apa Maksud ‘Harta Sikit’ Sebenarnya? Ramai orang fikir harta ni mesti: Ada rumah besar Ada tanah berlapis-lapis Ada simpanan ratus ribu Padahal dalam undang-undang dan urusan pusaka, harta sikit pun tetap harta , contohnya: Duit KWSP Duit dalam bank Kereta lama Motor Barang kemas isteri Hutang orang belum bayar Pampasan, takaful, insurans Semua ni akan jadi harta pusaka bila kita meninggal dunia . Tak kisahlah nilainya RM5,000 atau RM500,000 — prosesnya tetap sama . 2. Kalau Tak Buat Wasiat, Apa Jadi? Inilah bahagian yang orang selalu tak nampak.   On the first day of 2023 I still feel down, I still searching for the answers to my decision. Am I doing the right thing to leave the company that has been led by an arrogant boss? Unfortunately, I found the article "5 Signs You're Not As Smart As You Think" by Sir Mike Myatt. It was a great article to read & I found my answers.
