nak luahkan perasaan...huhuhu
pasal DHL lah hari ni Izan kena balik kul 8 malam...
kisahnya begini...

i thought DHL a worldwide courier service & have a good service...
but sorry lah beb, you not showing your good service...
this is 2nd time deal with DHL...

the 1st time dealing is when my boss bought some deco accessories from Australia...
that was last year...
at 1st they told us that the customs got problem on realized the items, which their are lying...our items all have been realized that early morning...
then their drag 2 more days...this time their give a reason that one of our item could not be found in their warehouse...after 2 days waiting our items get delivered to our office, but quite a few of the items got damaged...
here goes again...
today the same reason their give, they supposed to deliver our deco accessories that came from Bangkok this afternoon...
and they not able to send it because their said they could not find 1 of the deco accessory...

my boss personally talk to person in charge...
"what time is your warehouse closing today. I don't mind to go there now(when my boss called DHL is already almost to 7 pm) & wait until you guys find my things. Then I can straight bring my own things back to my place." (aa haaa...don't play play with my boss haaa)...
I am so sorry to the lady in charge...
(masak sangat dengan perangai boss tu...bila dah marah sangat memang berapi telinga dibuatnye sampai bole melelehkan air mata...)
"I don't get your payment yet & the confirmation documents I just received it yesterday.." (daaa...pasal documents tu, kata kena email balik sebelum pukul 11 pagi for the confirmation...pukul 10 pagi kita orang dah emailkan balik documents tu...cheque memang dah ready kot...just tunggu you alls datang deliver barang aje then kita orang akan serahkan cheque tu...so whats the problem...) 
"I will check again with my warehouse if they have found your items sir..." (agaknya macam tu lah kot kata kata akhir dia pada boss...berdasarkan apa yang boss cerita balik kat Izan tadi...lepas tu, boss suruh Izan balik aja, tak perlu tunggu email dari diorang...)
after 30 minutes later (while I'm waiting for my train) I got message from my boss said that they have found the missing item & will deliver all the deco accessories to our office tomorrow morning at 11am...
(hmmm...something fishing is going around...)


I wonder how do DHL implement their slogan...

bersikap jujur lah dalam melaksanakan tugasan...

nak pula kena deal dengan foreign people...

bikin malu rakyat Malaysia saja...

ok lah Izan dah nak titun ni...

esok ada tugasan lebih berat perlu Izan laksanakan...

hmmm ingat tak tentang 'Fake Book' yang Izan tunjuk dalam blog ni minggu lepas...

boss suka sangat & dia mintak Izan buat 20 pieces untuk display kat Cap Square show unit...

semalam memandangkan Izan banyak paper work kena buat...

boss mintak Izan ajarkan Nisah (office girl)...

4 pieces aje yang dia dapat buat semalam...

hari ni boss tengok...

boss reject semua tu...

boss mintak Izan sendiri yang buat...

boss....Izan ada 2 tangan aja ni, nak buat sampai 20 pieces...

dah lah tu nak kena siap sebelum hari Kahmis ni...

 esok 1 hari Izan hanya mengadap benda alah tu aje lah jawabnye...

multitasking sangat kan...

p/s: jadi tutup ke tidak ofis ni...bikin orang berbelah bagi aja ni...
